  • 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil - 2 (tablespoons), Use 1 tablespoon to grease the muffin tin and the remaining 1 tablespoon in the oat mixture.
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder - 1 (teaspoon)
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1 (teaspoon)
  • 0.25 Teaspoon salt - 1/4 (teaspoon)
  • 1 Count apple, finely diced - 1 (medium), Dice into small pieces for easier chewing.
  • 0.75 Cup blueberries - 3/4 (cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prep the tin
