Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare produce

Prepare poaching water

Mash avocado topping

Toast bread and spread topping

Add eggs to water
5. Crack 1 egg into *a small ramekin*, swirl the simmering water gently, and slide in the egg; repeat with remaining eggs, working in batches if needed.
Poach eggs
