  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries - 1 cup (140 g), 140 g total
  • 3 Cup unsweetened soy milk - 3 cups (720 ml), 720 ml total
  • 0.25 Cup creamy peanut butter - 1/4 cup (64 g), 64 g total
  • 2 Tablespoon brown sugar - 2 tablespoons (25 g), 25 g total
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • 0.13 Teaspoon fine salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mash banana and mix liquids

    1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, *mash the banana* with a fork until mostly smooth, then *stir in the soy milk*, peanut butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

  2. Add oats and blueberries

    2. Add the *rolled oats* and *frozen blueberries*, stirring until the oats are fully covered with liquid.

  3. Microwave and stir

    3. Microwave uncovered on high for *3 minutes*, then *stir carefully* from the edges toward the center.

  4. Finish microwaving
