Banana Oat Bites

Ingredients
- 3 Count ripe bananas - 3 large (about 360 g peeled), 3 large bananas, about 360 g peeled total
- 2 Cup rolled oats - 2 cups (180 g), About 180 g total
Instructions
Preheat and prepare the pan
1. *Preheat the oven* to *350°F (175°C)* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas
2. In a mixing bowl, *mash the bananas* with a fork until mostly smooth with a few small soft pieces remaining.
Mix in the oats
3. Add the *rolled oats* and *stir well* until the mixture is evenly combined.
Rest the mixture
4. Let the mixture *rest for 5 minutes* so the oats can soften and absorb some banana moisture.
Shape the bites
