Ingredients
- 4 Count Whole grain bread - 4 (slices)
- 2 Count Bananas - 2 (medium), Peel and slice into thin rounds before assembling.
- 0.25 Cup Tahini - 1/4 (cup)
- 0.25 Cup Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1/4 (cup)
- 2 Tablespoon Pure maple syrup - 2 (tablespoons)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon - 1/2 (teaspoon)
- 0.13 Teaspoon Fine sea salt - 1/8 (teaspoon)
Instructions
Toast the bread
1. Toast the whole grain bread in a toaster until *golden and crisp*, about *2 to 3 minutes*.
Slice bananas and set toppings out
2. While the bread toasts, peel and slice the bananas into *thin rounds* and set out the *pumpkin seeds and cinnamon*.
Spread and layer
3. Spread each warm toast with *tahini*, then layer on the *banana slices*.
Add crunchy toppings
4. Sprinkle with *pumpkin seeds* and *ground cinnamon*, then drizzle with *maple syrup* and finish with a *tiny pinch of salt*.
Cut and serve
