Berry Chia Overnight Oats
Creamy no-cook oats with chia, berries, plant milk, and almond butter for a fast make-ahead breakfast. Chill overnight, then top with fresh berries in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup rolled oats - 1 cup (100 g), 100 g equivalent
- 3 Tablespoon chia seeds - 3 tablespoons (36 g), 36 g equivalent
- 1.5 Cup unsweetened almond milk - 1 1/2 cups (360 ml), 360 ml equivalent; add an extra splash only if needed before serving
- 2 Tablespoon almond butter - 2 tablespoons (32 g), 32 g equivalent
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup - 1 tablespoon (15 ml), 15 ml equivalent
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 5 ml equivalent
- 0.5 Teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon (1 g), 1 g equivalent
- 1.5 Cup fresh mixed berries - 1 1/2 cups (225 g), 225 g equivalent; use 1 cup folded into the oats and 1/2 cup for topping
Instructions
Mix the oat base
1. In a medium bowl, *whisk the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon* until mostly smooth, then *stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds*.
Add berries and portion
2. *Fold in 1 cup of the mixed berries*, then divide the mixture between the jars and *leave a little headspace* for thickening.
Chill overnight
3. Cover and refrigerate *at least 8 hours* until the oats are *creamy and thickened*.
Stir and serve
4. In the morning, *stir each jar well*, add a splash of almond milk if needed, and *top with the remaining 1/2 cup berries* before serving.
