Ingredients
- 2 Cup strawberries - 2 cups (about 300 g), about 300 g total
- 1 Cup blueberries - 1 cup (about 150 g), about 150 g total
- 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup (240 g), 240 g total
- 0.25 Cup walnuts - 1/4 cup (30 g), 30 g total
- 2 Teaspoon honey - 2 teaspoons (14 g), 14 g total; 1 teaspoon per bowl
Instructions
Rinse and slice the fruit
1. *Rinse the strawberries and blueberries* under cool water and *pat them dry*. Hull and slice the strawberries.
Build the yogurt bowls
2. Divide the *plain Greek yogurt* between 2 bowls and top with *a generous layer of strawberries and blueberries*.
Finish and serve
