  • 0.75 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 3/4 cup (180 g), 180 g total
  • 1 Cup oat milk - 1 cup (240 ml), 240 ml total
  • 1 Tablespoon honey - 1 tablespoon (21 g), 21 g total

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit and herbs

    1. *Rinse and drain* the *blackberries* and *fresh basil*, then *pit and chop* the plums.

  2. Load the blender

    2. Add the *oat milk* and *Greek yogurt* to the blender first, then add the *blackberries*, *plums*, *basil*, and *honey*.

  3. Blend until smooth
