  • 1.25 Cup whole milk - 1 1/4 cups (300 ml), About 300 ml.
  • 2 Tablespoon fresh basil leaves, loosely packed - 2 tablespoons (5 g), Loosely packed; about 5 g.
  • 1 Tablespoon honey - 1 tablespoon (21 g), About 21 g.
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (5 ml), Fresh lemon juice; about 5 ml.
  • 0.75 Cup ice cubes - 3/4 cup (105 g), About 105 g.

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit and basil

    1. *Rinse the blueberries, nectarines, and basil*, then *pit and chop the nectarines* and *peel and slice the banana*.

  2. Load the blender

    2. Add *whole milk and Greek yogurt* to the blender first, then add *blueberries, nectarines, banana, basil, honey, lemon juice, and ice*.

  3. Blend until smooth

    3. Secure the lid and *blend on low for 10 seconds*, then increase to high and blend until *smooth, pourable, and flecked with basil*, about *30 to 45 seconds*.

  4. Serve
