Ingredients
- 2 Cup Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed - 2 cups (300 g), Peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes; 2 cups equals about 300 g.
- 1 Cup Frozen sweet cherries - 1 cup (150 g), 1 cup equals about 150 g.
- 1 Cup Coconut water - 1 cup (240 ml), 1 cup equals about 240 ml.
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30 ml), 2 tablespoons equals about 30 ml.
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh mint, chopped - 2 tablespoons (4 g), 2 tablespoons equals about 4 g.
Instructions
Prepare the fruit and mint
1. Wash the cantaloupe and mint, then *peel and seed the cantaloupe* and *cut 2 cups into cubes*; chop enough mint for 2 tablespoons.
Load the blender
2. Add *coconut water and lime juice* to the blender first, then add *cantaloupe, frozen sweet cherries, and mint*.
Blend until smooth
3. Blend on high for *45 to 60 seconds*, stopping to *scrape down the sides* if needed, until the smoothie is *smooth and sippable*.
Serve
4. Pour into glasses and *serve immediately* while the smoothie is *cold and bright*.
