Instructions
Prepare the banana
1. Peel the banana and break it into pieces so it blends easily with the *frozen red seedless grapes* and *plain Greek yogurt*.
Blend the base
2. Add the frozen grapes, Greek yogurt, banana, whole milk, honey, and vanilla to the blender. Blend on high, stopping to *scrape down the sides* and *press the fruit toward the blades* as needed.
Check the texture
3. Continue blending until the mixture is *smooth and very thick*, about *45 to 90 seconds*. The texture should hold soft mounds on a spoon.
Portion into bowls
4. Divide the mixture between 2 bowls, then *smooth the tops* with a spoon and *serve immediately* while cold and thick.
Add crunchy toppings
5. Top each bowl with *granola* and *sliced almonds* just before serving for the best crunch.
