Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Seedless green grapes, chilled - 2 cups (300 g), 300 g equivalent; use chilled grapes.
  • 1 Cup English cucumber, chopped - 1 cup (120 g), 120 g equivalent.
  • 75 Gram Ripe avocado, peeled and pitted - 75 g (about 1/2 medium), About 1/2 medium avocado.
  • 1.75 Cup Coconut water, chilled and divided - 1 3/4 cups (420 ml), 420 ml equivalent; divided with 1 1/2 cups added first and 1/4 cup reserved for thinning.
  • 2 Tablespoon Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons (30 ml), 30 ml equivalent.
  • 0.25 Cup Fresh mint leaves, loosely packed - 1/4 cup (10 g), 10 g equivalent; loosely packed leaves.
  • 1 Cup Ice cubes - 1 cup (140 g), 140 g equivalent.
  • 0.13 Teaspoon Fine sea salt - 1/8 teaspoon (0.75 g), 0.75 g equivalent.

Instructions

  1. Rinse and prep produce

    1. Rinse the grapes, cucumber, lime, and mint. *Chop the cucumber*, *peel and pit the avocado*, and *juice the lime*.

  2. Load the blender

    2. Add *1 1/2 cups coconut water* to the blender first, then add *grapes, cucumber, avocado, lime juice, mint, salt, and ice*.

  3. Blend until smooth

    3. Blend on high for *45 to 60 seconds* until *completely smooth and pourable*; blend in the *reserved 1/4 cup coconut water* if the smoothie needs thinning.

  4. Serve cold
