Ingredients
- 2 Cup honeydew melon, diced - 2 (cups), diced
- 2 Count kiwi, peeled and sliced - 2 (kiwis), peeled and sliced
- 2 Tablespoon fresh mint, chopped - 2 (tablespoons), chopped
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice - 1 (tablespoon)
- 0.75 Cup coconut water, chilled - 3/4 (cup)
- 0.5 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 1/2 (cup)
Instructions
Prep fruit and mint
1. *Dice the honeydew*, *peel and slice the kiwi*, and *chop the mint* before measuring the remaining ingredients.
Load the blender
2. Add the *coconut water* and *plain Greek yogurt* to the blender first, then add the *honeydew*, *kiwi*, *mint*, and *lime juice*.
Blend until smooth
3. Blend on high until *smooth and pourable*, about *30 to 45 seconds*, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed.
Serve
4. Pour into glasses and serve *immediately* while the smoothie is *cold and sippable*.
