Ingredients
- 2 Cup honeydew melon - 2 cups (300 g), peeled, seeded, and cubed, 300 g total; peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 cup (240 g), 240 g total
- 1 Count lime - 1 medium, zested and juiced, 1 medium lime, used for both zest and juice
- 0.5 Cup granola - 1/2 cup (60 g), 60 g total; used as a crunchy topping
- 2 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons (10 g), 10 g total; used as a topping
- 2 Tablespoon chia seeds - 2 tablespoons (24 g), 24 g total; 1 tablespoon is blended into the bowl and 1 tablespoon is reserved for topping
Instructions
Prepare the fruit
1. *Peel, seed, and cube the honeydew*, then *zest and juice the lime*.
Blend the smoothie bowl base
2. Add the *honeydew, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds* to the blender. Blend until *smooth and thick*, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Let the base thicken
