Ingredients

  • 4 Each Whole wheat tortillas - 4 (10-inch), 10-inch tortillas
  • 1 Cup Plain hummus - 1 cup
  • 1 Cup English cucumber, thinly sliced - 1 cup, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup Shredded carrots - 1 cup, shredded
  • 2 Cup Romaine lettuce, chopped - 2 cups, chopped
  • 1 Cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 cup, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • 0.25 Teaspoon Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • 0.13 Teaspoon Fine salt - 1/8 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Prep the fresh vegetables

    1. *Wash and dry* the cucumber, romaine, and bell pepper, then *slice the cucumber and bell pepper* and *chop the romaine*.

  2. Season the vegetables

    2. In a small pile on the cutting board, *toss the cucumber, carrots, romaine, and bell pepper* with *lemon juice, salt, and pepper*.

  3. Spread the hummus

    3. Lay the tortillas flat and *spread 1/4 cup hummus* over each tortilla, leaving a *1-inch border* around the edges.

  4. Fill and roll the wraps
