  • 2 Each limes - 2 (count), Zest 1 lime, then juice both limes.
  • 1 Tablespoon honey - 1 (tablespoon)
  • 0.13 Teaspoon fine salt - 1/8 (teaspoon)
  • 0.5 Cup granola - 1/2 (cup), Used as a crunchy topping.

Instructions

  1. Prepare fruit, cucumber, and lime

    1. *Peel the kiwis*, then slice 1 kiwi and 1/4 cucumber for topping; *chop the remaining kiwi and cucumber* for blending. Zest 1 lime, then *juice both limes*.

    2. Add the chopped kiwi, chopped cucumber, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and salt to the blender. *Keep the frozen banana firm* and *add no extra liquid* to maintain a thick bowl texture.
