Ingredients
- 2 Cup frozen mango chunks - 2 (cups)
- 1 Count ripe peach, pitted and chopped - 1 (medium), Pitted and chopped before blending.
- 1 Count ripe banana, peeled and sliced - 1 (medium), Peeled and sliced before blending.
- 1 Cup canned light coconut milk, chilled - 1 (cup)
- 0.5 Cup cold water - 1/2 (cup)
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice - 1 (tablespoon)
- 1 Tablespoon honey - 1 (tablespoon)
- 0.5 Cup ice cubes - 1/2 (cup)
Instructions
Prep fruit and measure
1. *Pit and chop the peach*, *peel and slice the banana*, and measure the remaining ingredients.
Load the blender
2. Add the *coconut milk, cold water, and lime juice* to the blender first, then add the *banana, peach, frozen mango, honey, and ice*.
Blend until smooth
3. Blend on high for *30 to 45 seconds* until the smoothie is *smooth and sippable*.
Serve
4. Pour into glasses and serve *immediately* while *cold and creamy*.
