Ingredients
- 2 Cup frozen mango chunks - 2 (cups)
- 1 Cup frozen pineapple chunks - 1 (cup)
- 1 Count ripe banana - 1 (large), Peel before adding to the blender.
- 0.33 Cup unsweetened canned light coconut milk, chilled - 1/3 (cup), chilled
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice - 1 (tablespoon), juiced
- 1 Cup fresh blueberries - 1 (cup)
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds - 1 (tablespoon)
- 2 Tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 (tablespoons)
Instructions
Add smoothie base ingredients
1. *Add the frozen mango*, *frozen pineapple*, peeled banana, coconut milk, and lime juice to the blender.
Blend until thick
2. Blend on low, stopping to *scrape down the sides*, until the mixture is *thick and spoonable*, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Portion into bowls
3. Divide the smoothie base between bowls and *smooth the top* with a spatula, keeping the texture *thick enough to hold toppings*.
Add toppings
4. Top each bowl with *fresh blueberries*, *chia seeds*, and shredded coconut.
