- 4 Each navel oranges - 4 (medium oranges), Medium oranges; peel and white pith removed, then cut into 1/4-inch rounds.

Instructions
Wash and prep the produce
1. *Wash the navel oranges and fresh mint*, then *pat the mint dry*, chop it finely, and slice away the orange peel and white pith.
Slice and arrange the oranges
