Ingredients
- 2 Count navel oranges - 2 large, peeled and segmented
- 1 Count banana - 1 large, Cut into pieces for blending.
- 1 Cup vanilla Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- 0.5 Cup old-fashioned rolled oats - 1/2 cup
- 2 Tablespoon whole milk - 2 tablespoons
- 0.5 Teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- 1 Cup ice cubes - 1 cup
- 0.5 Cup granola - 1/2 cup, Used as a topping after blending.
- 2 Tablespoon sliced almonds - 2 tablespoons, Used as a topping after blending.
Instructions
Prepare fruit
1. *Peel and segment* the navel oranges, then *cut the banana* into pieces.
Load the blender
2. Add the *orange segments*, *banana pieces*, vanilla Greek yogurt, rolled oats, whole milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and ice cubes to the blender.
Blend until thick
