Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare fruit
1. *Cube the seedless watermelon* and *slice the frozen banana* if needed so the fruit blends evenly.
Load the blender
2. Add the *frozen strawberries*, *watermelon*, *frozen banana*, and *coconut yogurt* to the blender.
Blend until thick
3. Blend on low, then increase to high, using a tamper as needed until the mixture is *thick and spoonable* with *no large fruit chunks*, about 60 to 90 seconds.
Scrape and finish blending
4. Scrape down the sides and blend briefly only until smooth, keeping the base *moundable, not pourable*.
Top the bowls
5. Divide the smoothie base between bowls, then top with *vegan granola* and *chia seeds*.
Serve
6. Serve *immediately* while the bowl is *cold, thick, and crunchy*.
