Ingredients
- 2 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 2 (cups)
- 1 Cup honey granola - 1 (cup)
- 1 Cup fresh strawberries - 1 (cup), Hulled and sliced into bite-size pieces.
- 1 Cup fresh blueberries - 1 (cup), Rinsed and dried before layering.
- 2 Tablespoon honey - 2 (tablespoons)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract - 1 (teaspoon)
- 0.25 Teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/4 (teaspoon)
- 2 Tablespoon chia seeds - 2 (tablespoons)
Instructions
Prepare the berries
1. *Rinse and dry the blueberries*, then *hull and slice the strawberries* into bite-size pieces.
Mix the yogurt
2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the *plain Greek yogurt*, *vanilla extract*, and *ground cinnamon* until smooth.
Start layering
3. Spoon a layer of the *yogurt mixture* into each glass, then add *strawberries and blueberries*.
Add crunch and toppings
4. Add a layer of *honey granola*, drizzle with *honey*, and sprinkle with *chia seeds*.
Repeat the layers
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining *yogurt, fruit, and granola*, then finish with a *light honey drizzle* on top.
