Cook this recipe
- Frozen strawberries-1 cup
- Frozen blueberries-1 cup
- Plain Greek yogurt-3/4 cup
- Banana-1 each
- Granola-1/2 cup
- Chia seeds-1 tablespoon
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and peeled banana to the blender.
Blend on low, then medium, stopping to scrape down the sides until the mixture is thick and spoonable, about 45 to 60 seconds.
Turn off and unplug the blender before scraping near the blades, and never put utensils into the blender while it is running.
Spoon the smoothie into serving bowls and smooth the top so it can hold the toppings.
Sprinkle with granola and chia seeds, then serve immediately while cold and thick.
