Cook this recipe
- plain Greek yogurt-2 cups
- granola-1 cup
- fresh strawberries-1 cup
- fresh blueberries-1 cup
- honey-2 tablespoons
Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cool running water, then pat them thoroughly dry. Hull and slice the strawberries.
Wash the strawberries and blueberries under running water before serving.
Use a stable cutting board and keep your fingers clear of the knife blade when slicing and hulling the strawberries.
Divide the Greek yogurt evenly between the two bowls. Top each with 1/2 cup granola, half of the sliced strawberries, and 1/2 cup blueberries.
Keep the yogurt refrigerated and do not leave the assembled bowls at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
Drizzle each bowl with 1 tablespoon honey and serve immediately so the granola stays crunchy.
