Cook this recipe
- frozen red seedless grapes-3 cups
- whole-milk plain Greek yogurt-1 cup
- banana-1 medium
- granola-0.5 cups
- sliced almonds-0.25 cups
- whole milk-2 tbsp
- honey-1 tbsp
- vanilla extract-0.5 tsp
Peel the banana and break it into pieces so it blends easily with the frozen red seedless grapes and plain Greek yogurt.
Add the frozen grapes, Greek yogurt, banana, whole milk, honey, and vanilla to the blender. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides and press the fruit toward the blades as needed.
Keep hands and utensils out of the blender while it is running; stop the blender before scraping or pressing fruit toward the blades.
Make sure the blender lid is secure before blending frozen fruit.
Continue blending until the mixture is smooth and very thick, about 45 to 90 seconds. The texture should hold soft mounds on a spoon.
If the blender struggles, stop and scrape down the sides instead of forcing the motor to run continuously.
Divide the mixture between 2 bowls, then smooth the tops with a spoon and serve immediately while cold and thick.
Top each bowl with granola and sliced almonds just before serving for the best crunch.
Sliced almonds contain tree nuts; avoid serving to anyone with a tree nut allergy.
