- ripe kiwis-4 each
- limes-2 each
- frozen sliced banana-1.5 cups
- plain Greek yogurt-0.75 cups
- English cucumber-1 each
- granola-0.5 cups
- honey-1 tablespoon
- fine salt-0.13 teaspoons
Peel the kiwis, then slice 1 kiwi and 1/4 cucumber for topping; chop the remaining kiwi and cucumber for blending. Zest 1 lime, then juice both limes.
Use a stable cutting board and keep fingers clear of the knife while slicing kiwi and cucumber.
Add the chopped kiwi, chopped cucumber, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and salt to the blender. Keep the frozen banana firm and add no extra liquid to maintain a thick bowl texture.
Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth, thick, and spoonable, about 45 to 90 seconds.
Keep the blender lid secured before blending, and do not place utensils in the blender while the blades are moving.
Divide the smoothie base between bowls. Top with granola, sliced kiwi, and sliced cucumber, then serve immediately.
Serve promptly since the bowl contains yogurt and frozen fruit.
