Cook this recipe
- frozen peach slices-2 cups
- raspberries-1 cup
- plain Greek yogurt-3/4 cup
- banana-1 medium
- blueberries-1/2 cup
- granola-1/2 cup
- honey-1 tablespoon
- vanilla extract-1/2 teaspoon
Add frozen peach slices, raspberries, plain Greek yogurt, banana, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend with the lid secured until thick and spoonable with no large fruit pieces; stop and unplug before scraping. Wait until blades stop completely, scrape with a spatula, then remove it and secure the lid before restarting. Never put a spatula into a running blender.
Stop the blender completely before using a spatula near the blades.
Divide the smoothie mixture between bowls, keeping it mounded and thick rather than thin and pourable.
Top each bowl with blueberries and granola, then serve immediately while cold and firm.
