Cook this recipe
- unsweetened almond milk-1.5 cups
- fresh mixed berries-1.5 cups
- rolled oats-1 cup
- chia seeds-3 tbsp
- almond butter-2 tbsp
- maple syrup-1 tbsp
- vanilla extract-1 tsp
- ground cinnamon-0.5 tsp
In a medium bowl, whisk the almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until mostly smooth, then stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds.
Fold in 1 cup of the mixed berries, then divide the mixture between the jars and leave a little headspace for thickening.
Use clean jars and lids to reduce contamination during overnight storage.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours until the oats are creamy and thickened.
Keep the covered jars refrigerated during the overnight soak.
In the morning, stir each jar well, add a splash of almond milk if needed, and top with the remaining 1/2 cup berries before serving.
