- whole milk-1.25 cups
- nectarines-2 medium
- ripe banana-1 medium
- fresh blueberries-1 cup
- ice cubes-0.75 cups
- plain Greek yogurt-0.67 cups
- fresh basil leaves-2 tbsp
- honey-1 tbsp
- fresh lemon juice-1 tsp
Rinse the blueberries, nectarines, and basil, then pit and chop the nectarines and peel and slice the banana.
Keep fingers clear of the knife blade when cutting nectarines and banana.
Add whole milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first, then add blueberries, nectarines, banana, basil, honey, lemon juice, and ice.
Secure the lid and blend on low for 10 seconds, then increase to high and blend until smooth, pourable, and flecked with basil, about 30 to 45 seconds.
Make sure the blender lid is fully secured before blending.
Do not insert utensils into the blender while the motor is running.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately while the smoothie is cold and sippable.
