Cook this recipe
- plain gelatin-free Greek yogurt-1 1/2 cups
- rolled oats-1 cup
- milk-1/4 cup
- kiwi fruit-2 each
- apple-1 each
- roasted unsalted pumpkin seeds-2 tablespoons
- honey-1 tablespoon
- ground cinnamon-1/4 teaspoon
Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Core the apple, then cut it into small dice for easy spoonfuls.
Use a stable cutting board and keep your fingers tucked away from the knife blade while cutting the fruit.
In the mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in the rolled oats and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
Keep the yogurt refrigerated until needed.
Divide the oat-yogurt mixture between the serving bowls. Top evenly with the kiwi, apple, and pumpkin seeds, then serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
