- cucumber-1 cup
- coconut water-1 cup
- ice cubes-1 cup
- fresh mint-0.25 cups
- lime juice-3 tbsp

Cube the watermelon, hull the strawberries, and peel and slice the cucumber so all produce is ready to blend.
Use a stable cutting board and keep fingers tucked while cutting the fruit and cucumber.
Add the coconut water, lime juice, watermelon, strawberries, cucumber, mint, ice, and salt to the blender.
Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the smoothie is completely smooth and pourable.
Secure the blender lid firmly before blending, and do not insert utensils into the blender while it is running.
Taste and blend for another 5 to 10 seconds if needed, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
