Place an oven rack in the center and preheat the oven to 425°F, allowing about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, blot the drained roasted peppers and olives thoroughly with paper towels, and place the prebaked crust on the baking sheet.

2

Top the crust with sauce, mozzarella, peppers, and olives

Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella, distribute the peppers and olives evenly, then add the remaining mozzarella.

3

Bake, slice, and serve the pizza

Bake for 8–9 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the crust edges are crisp. Carefully slice the pizza and serve hot.

Use oven mitts when handling the hot baking sheet.

Let very hot cheese cool briefly before eating to prevent burns.
